Built around how actors actually work: out loud, on your feet, and usually on the way to somewhere else. Your cue plays, you say your line, the scene moves on. In the car, on a walk, phone in your pocket. Or in your scene partner's real voice. Free on iPhone.

Cues from the car speakers.

The Reader, or your scene partner's real recording. The scene advances when you speak.

All by voice.

"Hint line" for your next three words. "Skip line" to move on. No text on screen while you drive, on purpose.

Ends, then replays.

Or let Drive Mode play the whole scene through.

Lock it and keep going.

Screen dark, earphones in. The cues keep coming and the app keeps listening.

Play, pause, previous, next.

On the lock screen, with your place in the scene. No unlocking mid-run.

Walk the dog. Fold the laundry.

Lines you learn on your feet come back on your feet. Here's why.

Monologue Rehearsal · How to memorize a monologue

4 stages.
One way through.

How actors actually memorize a monologue: mark the beats and attach an intention to each one (Stanislavski-style: units and objectives, made practical), read it once on a teleprompter, then run every beat through five progressively harder rounds until only the intention is left. Then a full run. No rote, no shortcuts: meaning-based memorization that holds under audition pressure.
